How did you get into the
sector:
I worked at The Savoy for five years as an apprentice Chef. I didn't like the
unsocial hours so then progressed to work for an independent contract caterer
in the Thames Valley.

role:
Variety. Every day is different, but mostly I enjoy the interaction with
people, clients and staff alike.

Only work with people who have positive energy
Who inspires you:
Everyone with a positive attitude, particularly those who maintain this in the
face of a challenging or difficult task.
What do you do in your downtime:
I don't have much of it, but it is mainly spent socialising with family &
friends. Occasionally I find time for a bit of cycling & clay
shooting.
