Started as a General Manager and when the company expanded the role of Recruitment Manager was created and I was offered the position
Career High:
I think the biggest high is when you hire someone who progresses through your company into a senior position
Career low:
There aren't too many lows more a challenge when it is difficult to find the right people for certain areas or positions. But at the end of the day we always find them.
What are your plans for the next year:
We will be continuing to open restaurants at a rapid place, so very much about people planning and finding great managers and chefs.
What was the biggest break of your career:
The biggest break was when I was sat down by the owners of my previous company many years ago and offered me this new career and step into Hr and Recruitment.

Lots of people inspire me in so many different ways and it is too difficult to pinpoint just one.
What do you do in your downtime:
Downtime what downtime? I like to relax so trying new restaurants and catching up with friends or going to the theatre or chilling out in front of a box set.
What question do you always ask in interviews:
The one question I always ask is why do you want to work for us. It is interesting the reasonings behind why people want to work for us
Tips that have made you a success:
Go on gut feeling as it always proves right in the end.
